Fitbit is another free app you can download to help you keep track of your workouts. The best part about this app is the versatility to use it across multiple platforms. You don’t need a tracker to use this app to count your footsteps, you can carry your phone with you for that feature.

Fitbit counts your steps, helps you track calories, log weight, and helps to keep track of other important health information. You can even buy a bathroom scale that goes with the app which adds your weight automatically to the rest of the information.

This is another free app, but don’t let its simple design fool you. This mobile app provides you with a better way to keep track of reps and sets. The Jefit Workout uses simple tools to help you keep track of your workout routines and crafting a personalized weightlifting workout for you. You can log in reps and sets to show how much you lifted during your workout. This is not an app with a whole host of features, but it’s effective in its execution.
